This project involved print, templating, and interactive design.
Creating forms and fliers at Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) was a regular task that fell to me. Most of these materials were posted to the company website for convenience, but many of the flyers had physical copies printed so that our education team could pass them out to members and cities at events.
To streamline the process of designing and editing forms I designed a blank form template with text variables to automatically generate accurate form designations, barcodes, and dates to simplify record-keeping. I also curated a library of design assets to ensure conformity. Once approval was given, I would ensure that the resulting PDF was accessible before I uploaded it.
